We will ask for your information about your project. Plans and specifications will be required for us to prepare your estimate.

2. Quote

Once we have all of the details we require, we can prepare your quote for you. Our services start from just £99.

Your quote will be simple and completely transparent – we don’t do hidden or surprise charges here! We want you to make an informed decision and know where you stand.

From acceptance of the quote, our average turnaround is 7-14 days, However we can offer an express service should you need it.

3. Estimate

Once we get the go-ahead, we will prepare your estimate.

The cost estimate will be easy to understand and provide you with all the detail you require, so that you can make informed decisions about your project.

We use industry leading measurement software Bluebeam, by Revu, to ensure complete accuracy.

We can provide you with marked up drawings which show quantities on them.

Estimates can be provided in excel format, so they are fully customisable.

Should you be requesting the estimate on behalf of one of your customers, we can, if you wish, use your corporate branding so that your customer thinks you have created it.

4. Review

We like to ensure you’re happy with everything and you will always have a chance to review the estimate and we can make minor adjustments and amendments, or answer any queries prior to you submitting the estimate.

We’ll also ask if you could spare a minute to leave us a review so that other people can hear how satisfied you’ve been with our service.

5. Cash Flow

Our services are not restricted to the estimating stage; we can also assist you with preparing a cash flow forecast for your project, to allow you to achieve maximum profitability.

We can also help you set-up valuations for your project that will ensure you provide accurate and simple information to your client, to help ensure that you get paid quickly!
